Hi COPA/CRM Experts,
We have recently implemented SAP ECC (EHP-7) and BBPCRM (Release-713) for my client.
The issue is when business plans Trade Promotion at "Product Category" (which is Product Hierarchy in ECC) level, and does accrual posting/trade claim settlement in CRM application the resultant COPA document in ECC does not carry "PRODUCT HIERARCHY" information from corresponding CRM Product Category.
This scenario works perfect, when business plans Trade Promotion at "Product/Material" level and does settlement (because the deviation rule maintained to derive PRODH using table lookup from MVKE-MATNR).
However, the settings described in note 1106673 are implemented correctly and related notes 1710582, 1486824 and 1481767 have already been available in ECC as it is EHP-7 package.
As this is very critical for the business to be solved, I would appreciate expertise advise to solve this issue and can reward points to the right answer.
