Hello Experts,
I am trying to do a fresh installation of SMP3 SP10 runtime on windows 7 machine with DEVELOPER EDITION option. Installation was successful but SMP services couldn't get started.
It is still showing 'Waiting for SAPSMP3Service to start'. smpServiceUser has Administrator role.
Error messages in SMP server log:

I have already checked at existing discussions (ref1, ref2, ref3) but it couldn't help me either. Looping Mohamed Ait Ahmed Ouali , Kevin Bates for inputs.
Note: At the moment, i can't raise OSS ticket, i am yet to get authorization for the same.
