Time Evaluation Calculation Query

Hi Experts,

I have a query on time evaluation calculation ,

I have hired an employee on 03.08.2015, and given constant in the base entitlement as 14 days and base period as Calendar year  , given pro-rata calculation , chosen accrual period as daily and it is upon accrual.

Key date for determining seniority i have given date type which is 03.08.2015,

Rounding rule i have given this : Lower limit         UpperLimit           Target value

                                                  0,00500          0,01500                   0,01000

Lower limit and Roll have been checked.

When i run time evaluation for him on 03.08.2015, it gives value 0 i mean accrue 0

Exactly on 02.09.2015 it generates the value , May i know how the calculation is happening. It would be really great if someone explains to me ?
