Issue with Hiring an employee for a new company code

Hi Experts,

I have created a new company code and did relevant configurations pertaining to new company code.

It s a rolling out of a new company code in the present system.

I am getting an issue while executing NEW HIRE action for the new company code.

It is showing a message that PERNR assignement error. (pre-assigned  PERNR is not found for the following SSN Number XXXXXXXXX).

Here onwards, I can't go beyond that for hiring an employee for the new company code.

But we can hire an employee with the old company codes.

Please advice me to hire the employee for the new company code.
