Dear Gurus,
I'd installed a new printer in one of the branches of the company. But the system is not identifying it. I am new at the company, and they told me that is not necessary configure a new one, because SAP recognize per default the printer when is configured on windows. Now, the employees have the problem when they try to print reports or invoices from SAP.
When I did some tests I can see SAP is not identifying the printer, and is greyed print option. I do not know if I need to configure by web the new
printers or not. My problem is only with SAP, other documents can be printed from the computer.
The Yellow icon on printer only appears when I send some document from SAP
Can you help me with this? What can I do?
