GR blocking in Q Info possibility with Quality System validity date?

Hi,

Is it possible to maintain a GR Block using the functionality of Existing Quality System (ISO etc) and its validity date in Quality Info record.

I know that we can make control procurement using Release date in Quality Info record, but here I am checking is there a procurement control possible with Quality system validity date.

Business case in Q Info:

Vendor is released till 31.12.2999

Quality System (ISO) is valid till a past date like 31.12.2010.

Now in this case, can we Block GR for this material, vendor and plant combination considering Quality system date is in past or expired.

I know about skip and no skip control using quality system field during inspection. Here I dont have any inspection for this material, so kindly lets not confuse or discuss about SKIP here.
