Failed to enable

I am following the OpenSap tutorial Introduction to HANA Cloud Platform. In week six we are told to go to tour trial cloud account and open the SAP HANA Portal. In my case it was not active so I clicked the activate button.This failed to activate. The trouble shooting guide provides no solution. Can somebody advise me how to address this problem.
