We have new new requirement as per business and we would like to have expert suggestion about how we can get this done through STD SAP.
Requirmnet :
Employee is hired on 02.02.2016 , Annual leave should get start generate from first month ( Hiring Month : In this case Feb 2016) till Dec 2016. lets assume system has generated 22 leaves till Dec 2016. ( 2 leave per month )
Now from next year that is Jan 2017 system should generate annual leave again from start till Dec 2017. if employee has taken any leaves in previous year , then those leaves should get deduct from previous annual leaves and rest of the balance leave should get carry forward . ( assume in this case employee has not taken any leave , so Year 2016 total leaves are 22 and it should get carry fwd to Next year ie Jan 2017 and therefore Jan 2017 leave will be = 22 days( year 2016 leaves) + 2 days ( Jan 2017 leaves)= 24 days.
At end of Dec 2017 , if employee has more than 30 days leaves ( in this case assume employee has not taken any leave so at end of Dec 2017 system will have 22+24 =46 days leaves) then system should compensate balance leave through payroll ( in this case 16days =46-30, will get compensate through Jan 2018 payroll run )
So any point of time employee should not have more than 30 days leave in his records.
