Report Painter

Dear SAP CO Experts,

The user want to execute report painter (P&L report) through t code GRR3 in back ground mode. When executed in  background mode the data should extract to excel sheet and should display as per below format. Moreover, once after extracted in the below format to be email out to the respective recipient.

Is that possible. If yes, what are the settings should do?
