Digital signature - form 16 unable to upload signature in adobe form

Hello Experts ,

        I am working on Adobe form for  SAP HCM  Form 16 , Tcode PC00_M40_F16, 

we are added signature cotrol from libary but when we try to upload / add digital signature in pdf preview i am not able to add    .

also when i try to execute tcode   PC00_M40_F16 with enable digital signature option its showing 0 byte transferred.

Our Basis team done all ADS config. and uploaded .pfx file in system with SAP note - 944221 all test program and RFC connections working fine .

Please guide me .
