Consider PO in MRP run (V1-HB)

Dear Experts,

Our Client has this requirement to include open PO, below is the condition:

MRP Parameter:

Type/Lot Size: VI-HB

Reorder point: 6 EA

Max stock level: 8 EA

Stock Req List:

- Stock: 0 EA

- Reservation with req.date 01.06.2016: 10 EA

- PO with delivery date 10.12.2016: 25 EA

From this condition, the avail stock (incl. PO) should be 15 EA - still above reorder point, however system keeps generate new planned order (e.g. from MD03)

Please help on how to include this PO into the planned order creation (not generating planned order since the avail stock is above reorder point)

other things we have tried:

- tick PO in avail. check (01/RP)

- set planning horizon and utilize lead time to cope the PO delivery date

- include Ext. requirements in OMDQ is "2"
