My Leave request(version 2) standard app fields missing

Hello Folks,

I have activated my leave request (version 2) app and followed document https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F1311')/W7

Above screenshot shows our Fiori screen But I cannot see below:

1. Input Field for time
2. Attendance or absence hours
3. F4 pop for approver name
4. Browse option for attachment

I found one post http://scn.sap.com/community/erp/hcm/blog/2015/02/24/hcm-apps-in-fiori-wave-7-enhanced-version-2-apps in which My leave request app (version 2) screenshot is given. As compared to that screen we are missing few fields in our fiori app. I have assigned SAP_HCM_EMPLOYEE_APPS role to user. All configurations mentioned in app implementation are present in Backend.

Please help in identifying issue.
