Current Process:
- Employees are identified, nominated (can take place inside our outside of a Talent Review) and approved for participation in one (of many) leadership programs. The nomination, approval and tracking are currently done manually on spreadsheets.
- Note: Leadership Programs are currently set up as curricula in the LMS.
Would there be a way to:
- Automate the nomination, approval & registration (into a Leadership Program Curriculum) processes
- See, via the employee talent card, what Leadership programs that employee has been nominated for, enrolled in and completed
