AWS HANA One performance issues

Hi,

we are using AWS HANA One and so far this worked out great.

However, with the newest instance performance is for some reason really bad. Loading data into HANA already took a very long time and now executing queries and procedures takes very long even though data volume is quite low.

30 GB of the 60 GB available are occupied by the data. That should be more then enough remaining RAM for the HANA database to execute the queries in a reasonable time?

Any help is appreciated.
