Material code reduction

Hi Friends,

We have a process design where we have created material code for each of the following case.

Paint blue thickness 0.1

Paint red thickness 0.1

Paint red thickness 0.2

Paint Blue thickness 0.3

Please confirm whether we can club all the above codes to single codes and get all the results, if yes then please provide us a solution as our material code has increased to 1 lacs and we are getting very difficult to handle this.
