HR Trigger termination taking escape path

Hi All

We are using HR trigger for hire and termination. It works as per design for most part except that in case of termination we have 4 to 5 connected systems and if the ID does not exist in ALL the connected systems; the request take the escape path.

e.g. IF an ID is terminated and exists in ECC & BW but not in CRM ; request is routed to escape path whereas if the ID exists in all the connected systems then it gets deleted without any issues
